Xperion, SATURN’s pioneering gaming and e-sports concept, represents the future of physical retail and entertainment hubs. With its “lighthouse” locations in Cologne, Hamburg, and Berlin, the brand offers a unique platform for gaming, community, and technology. The challenge was to maintain a consistent national presence while simultaneously highlighting the local identity of each individual location. To effectively bridge the gap between physical experience and digital visibility, Xperion needed a strategic PR partner to craft a unified narrative that resonates with both the specialized gaming press and the broader lifestyle media.

As the official PR partner for Xperion, we took over the responsibility for shaping the brand’s narrative across Germany. We focused on creating high-impact visibility for the lighthouse locations by orchestrating a rotating communication strategy that highlighted specific regional changes and highlights each month. By acting as the primary point of contact for Gaming and Special Interest (GI/SI) media, we managed the end-to-end distribution of press releases and media alerts. Our team provided a crucial sanity check for all outbound communications, ensuring that the diverse offerings, from high-end hardware to e-sports events, were presented in a credible and authentic way.

Beyond traditional press work, we provided strategic guidance for LinkedIn and social media support to elevate Xperion’s corporate voice. We facilitated targeted outreach to secure in-depth interviews and reports, focusing on the unique community atmosphere of each venue. Our approach involved a continuous “Timeline and Overview” management to ensure all partner announcements and local events remained aligned with the national brand identity. By sharing important insider insights and managing media interactions on-site, we ensured that Xperion was introduced to the public as the undisputed influential voice in the physical gaming space.
