Team Vitality wanted to create a dedicated fan space during one of the most prestigious Counter-Strike tournaments in the world: IEM Cologne. The challenge was to build a premium, multi-day fan experience that felt authentic to the Vitality brand, activated multiple partners meaningfully, and competed for attention in a city already buzzing with esports energy, all within four days and a stone’s throw from the main event.
We took full responsibility for the end-to-end organisation of the V-Hub, transforming the KWB Stadtpalais in Cologne, a beautifully renovated historic swimming pool just five minutes from the Lanxess Arena, into a four-day fan destination. The venue’s unique character gave the event an atmosphere no generic event space could replicate, while its proximity to the arena made it a natural stop for IEM attendees.
We orchestrated a rich partner ecosystem to ensure every corner of the space offered something compelling. Skin.Club hosted live watch-parties of all IEM matches on a fully branded screen, complemented by post-match “Post-Plant Discussion” streams with renowned host James Banks, a five-seat Counter-Strike setup, an interactive quiz screen, and a spin-the-wheel activation. Blacklyte brought a trophy-backdrop photobooth and a gaming chair giveaway. Both Evnia and ASUS ROG ran hands-on PC workshop challenges, letting fans go beyond spectating and actually compete.
The human element was central to our concept. We arranged a signing session with Team Vitality’s CS roster and an exclusive meet & greet with French casters, moments that turned passive fans into loyal community members. Real Vitality trophies were displayed on-site, giving the space genuine credibility and a sense of history.
Behind the scenes, we coordinated a tight network of on-site partners: Team Vitality for team access and branding, TaKeTV for all technical production, Kontor for lighting design, and KWB as venue partner, ensuring every operational detail ran seamlessly across all four days.
Not only are these guys better than I am at any video game ever created, they've also managed to carry our communications game. GG!

Anyone who isn't working with yellow house to get help for their business, press, or communications simply doesn't know what they're doing.
Dennis "TaKe" Gehlen, TaKeTV
Literally me when I wake up in the morning and yellow house has already managed everything.
