Global esports. Local relevance. One voice for the German-speaking market.

The Esports World Cup and the newly launched Esports Nation Cup are two of the most ambitious competitive gaming properties in the world. But global scale alone doesn’t guarantee local resonance. The challenge was to translate the significance of both events for German-speaking audiences and media, ensuring that the stories, personalities and stakes behind these competitions landed with the same weight in Berlin or Vienna as they do in Riyadh or Los Angeles.

Coordinated, market-specific PR across two flagship esports properties.

We handle PR and communications for both the Esports World Cup and the Esports Nation Cup with a dedicated focus on the German-speaking market. Now in our second year with the EWC and taking on the ENC as a new addition, our work spans the full communications cycle, from strategic planning to on-the-ground execution.

A core part of our role is executive visibility: we support the positioning of senior industry figures as credible, quotable voices in the German-speaking media landscape – ensuring that the people shaping these events are as well known as the events themselves.

We also act as the primary liaison between the global PR agency leading international communications and ten other market agencies across different regions. This coordination role ensures that messaging remains consistent at a global level while allowing us the flexibility to adapt narratives for the specific interests and sensibilities of German-speaking journalists and audiences.

On-site, we manage the full experience for international journalists, from accreditation and logistics to interview facilitation and real-time support – ensuring every media representative leaves with the story they came for.
