Xperion, SATURN’s pioneering gaming and esports concept, represents a new category in physical entertainment. A place where cutting-edge hardware, live esports events and genuine community come together under one roof. With flagship locations in Cologne, Hamburg and Berlin, the brand needed more than visibility. It needed a unified national narrative that could flex to celebrate the distinct identity of each individual location without losing coherence at a brand level.

The challenge: bridge the gap between physical experience and digital presence, and position Xperion credibly across both specialist gaming media and broader lifestyle press – consistently, month after month.

One national narrative. Three local stories.

As Xperion’s official PR partner, we took full responsibility for shaping the brand’s voice across Germany. At the core of our strategy was a rotating communication model: each month, we crafted location-specific stories that highlighted regional events, partnerships and milestones – keeping each venue feeling current and relevant in its own market while reinforcing a cohesive national identity.

We acted as the primary point of contact for gaming and special interest media, managing end-to-end press release distribution and media alerts. Every piece of outbound communication went through a rigorous editorial review – ensuring that Xperion’s diverse offering, from high-end hardware to live esports programming, was always presented with authenticity and precision.

Building influence beyond the press room.

Beyond traditional media relations, we provided strategic guidance for LinkedIn and social media to strengthen Xperion’s corporate voice. We secured targeted interviews and in-depth reports that brought the unique community atmosphere of each venue to life for audiences who had never set foot inside one. Through continuous timeline and partner announcement management, we ensured every local activation remained aligned with the broader national brand – so Xperion always spoke with one voice, wherever the story was told.
